In today’s post, I’m going to try to share some of the things that I’ve seen work or put to practice myself - the list is non-exhaustive and also not sorted in particular order.

Many procurement professionals are preparing to face the following significant procurement challenges in 2023. First, there is an obvious notion of change transforming procurement, which I observed while meeting many procurement professionals at DPW and ProcureCon EU last September.

"We're drowning in data yet starving for insights." I am not sure who came up with that one, but it really hits the nail on the head in our information age.

Do you feel these pressures now more than ever from your BIG 3 – Business Units, Suppliers, and your own Team? If anything, the past couple of years have forced a convergence of these pressure points requiring immediate attention.

The last two years have been nothing short of turbulent, unpredictable, and shocking for most of the population. The COVID pandemic, followed by the war in Ukraine, inflationary pricing, and volatile markets, hasn't been easy to digest and is felt by everyone around the globe.
